Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and BitssyBytes ("we", "us"), which runs Agent Safety Score at agentsafetyscore.com and its newsletter (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Sponsors also agree to our Sponsor Terms. Our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Corrections & Disputes policy are part of these terms.
1. What the Service is
Agent Safety Score publishes editorial grades of AI agent tools based on vendors' public documentation, plus a newsletter. Grades are opinions, not audits or advice. See the Disclaimer.
2. Using the Service
You may read, share, and link to our pages for any lawful purpose. You may quote short excerpts and grades with attribution and a link to the tool page. You may not:
- copy or republish the directory, or large parts of it, as a dataset or competing product without written permission;
- use our name, logo, or grades in advertising in a way that implies we endorse a product, or alter a grade or badge;
- scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or bypass rate limits;
- interfere with the site, the submit or checkout forms, or other users;
- submit content that is false, infringing, unlawful, or that contains malware or someone else's private information.
3. Things you send us
When you send a tool submission, correction, sponsor material, or email, you confirm you have the right to send it, and you let us use it to review, reply, and improve the directory, including quoting public sources you point us to. We don't have to publish anything you send. Don't send confidential information. We grade only from public sources.
4. Our content
The site design, text, scorecards, and methodology are owned by BitssyBytes or used with permission. Vendor names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. Quoted vendor documentation belongs to the vendor and is quoted for commentary and reference.
5. Third-party links and sponsors
We link to third-party sites, including sponsors, labeled "Sponsored". We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: your contact details, the work, the URL of the material, a statement of good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove material and, in appropriate cases, end access for repeat infringers.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT ANY GRADE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity
If you misuse the Service or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
10. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas. Before filing any claim, you agree to email [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Concerns about a grade go through our Corrections & Disputes process first.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, note it on the site or in the newsletter. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Changes don't apply retroactively to a dispute that started earlier.
12. Other
If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them with the Service.
